Background
On February 8, 2026, H.E. Dr. Hean Vanna, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Director of the Cambodia Water Security Improvement Project (CaWSIP), led a study tour to observe climate-smart vegetable crop production. The tour involved national and provincial workgroups, agricultural community representatives, and model farmers from Kratie, Mondulkiri, Kampong Thom, and Preah Vihear provinces.
