Implications for Investors, Businesses, or Compliance
This initiative supports local labor market activation by connecting employers with qualified workers, thereby reducing illegal overseas labor migration risks. Employers benefit from a more accessible and skilled labor pool, while workers gain social protection and family stability. The program highlights government commitment to formalizing labor markets and expanding vocational skills development, factors critical for investors assessing labor availability and compliance with labor regulations.
