Background
The Shock-Responsive Social Protection (SRSP) Framework Operational Plan 2025-2030 has been drafted to establish a comprehensive, timely, and inclusive approach to social protection in response to emergencies and shocks. In the first week of February 2026, Her Excellency SOK Chan Chhorvy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Women’s Affairs and member of the NSPC Executive Committee, participated in a meeting to review, discuss, and provide inputs on the draft operational plan. The meeting was led by Her Excellency PEN Sopakphea, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chair of the NSPC Executive Committee.
Attendees included deputy chairs, NSPC Executive Committee members, and representatives from relevant ministries and institutions involved in social protection and emergency response.
