Second Consultative Workshop on National Development Strategy for MSMEs in February 2026

On February 10, 2026, the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) under the leadership of H.E. Mrs. Hor Likea engaged in the 2nd Consultative Workshop focused on the “National Development Strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).” The workshop was held under the high presidency of H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel and Residence.
