Participating police units operated in Phnom Penh, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Kampong Speu, Koh Kong, Pursat, Siem Reap, Stung Treng, Takeo, and Pailin provinces. Each unit’s arrests and seizures varied accordingly.
