Environment Ministry Suspends Operations of Multiple Companies for Pollution

The Ministry of Environment took legal action against JIAGUO AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY in Kampong Thom for discharging untreated wastewater and operating without environmental permits. The Ministry ordered a temporary suspension of production and the construction of proper treatment systems. Separately, the Ministry suspended five rubber processing businesses in Tboung Khmum province for improper waste management and operating without environmental contracts.
