Background
On 2 March 2026, His Excellency Chan Sinat, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology (MOWRAM), led a team of technical officers and advisors to inspect the construction progress of the Stung Kranyong Dam located in Ratan Mondol District, Battambang Province.
