Background
On February 27, 2026, at the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology headquarters, His Excellency Serey Bandith, Deputy Secretary of State and newly appointed head of the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the Climate-Resilient and Sustainable Integrated Water and Flood Disaster Management Project (CCRSIWFDMP), convened the unit’s first meeting.
