On February 27, 2026, Undersecretary of State Chan Yuttha, also Project Director of the Water Resource Management and Agricultural Transformation Program (WAT4CAM) Phase 1, led a meeting with local farmers to discuss the initiation of the Kray Irrigation System Project in Kampong Thom Province. The project will begin construction at the end of March 2026 and is supported by financial backing from the French Development Agency (AFD).
